Directive 2006/115/EC 12.12.2006 on rental and lending right and on certain rights related to copyright

This Directive codifies the previous Council Directive 92/100/EEC and the following amendments on rental and lending of copyrights works and on certain neighbouring rights (fixation right, distribution right, right to broadcast and communication to the public), adapting the protection of such rights to new economic developments.
