Directive 2012/28/EU 25.10.2012 on certain permitted uses of orphan works

 The Directive concerns certain uses made of orphan works by publicly accessible institutions (like libraries, archives and public-service broadcasting organizations) of an EU country, in order to achieve aims related to their public-interest missions.
