Transposition of European legislation Law n. 170, 12.08.2016 on the implementation of the CRM Directive 26/2014/EU

The Law introduces the principles and criteria by which the Government had to implement the Directive 26/2014/UE on collective management of copyright and related rights and multi-territorial licensing.
