ITSRIGHT, WITH OTHER INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIVE MANAGEMENT ORGANISATIONS, CALLS ON THE EU TO CREATE A COVID-19 SOLIDARITY FUND FOR PERFORMERS

European performers call on the European Commision to create a Covid-19 Solidarity Fund.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic causing all concerts and recording sessions to be cancelled, for months ahead, hundreds of thousands of performers and musicians are now out of work.
That’s why the letter asks the EU to create a fund.
ITSRIGHT supports this initiative for Italy, together with other European collecting management organisations such as SPEDIDAM (France), AIE (Spain), SAMI (Sweden), RAAP (Ireland), Playright (Belgium), HUZIP (Croatia ), APOLLON (Greece).
