ITSRIGHT signs agreement with French collecting society SCPP.

In recent days, ITSRIGHT has signed a new agreement with SCPP (Société Civile des Producteurs Phonographiques), the French collecting society representing record producers and managing neighbouring rights in France.

Thanks to this partnership, ITSRIGHT's record producer members will benefit from enhanced protection and greater value from neighbouring rights arising from the use of sound recordings in France, as well as increased efficiency in the collection and distribution of the corresponding royalties.

The agreement marks an important milestone in ITSRIGHT's international expansion strategy and further strengthens its network of partnerships with leading foreign collecting societies. The objective is to ensure increasingly effective and comprehensive rights management for record producers and artists, extending protection well beyond national borders.
