ITSRIGHT and SODAV (Senegal): new international agreement signed

In recent days, ITSRIGHT has signed a new reciprocal agreement with SODAV (Société Sénégalaise du Droit d’Auteur et des Droits Voisins), the collective management organization (CMO) operating in Senegal for the protection of performers' neighbouring rights.
With this new agreement, ITSRIGHT further strengthens and expands its international network of relationships. Cooperation between collective management organizations remains a strategic priority for ITSRIGHT: a key alliance to ensure performers receive effective and global protection of their related rights and fair remuneration wherever their music is used around the world.
